Refund and Returns
We value quality beer so highly that we are sure that any product sold by International Beer Shop will meet or exceed your expectations. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, simply contact the International Beer Shop and we will assess your request for refund/return.
The cost of return postage, if applicable, is to be paid by the sender. If the items you are returning are beers/ciders please return all bottles, including empties. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and if the items are not beers/ciders they must be in an unused and saleable condition. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit please contact us immediately.
Depending on the order and extent of damage to the goods we will be able to provide you with a credit or replacement; this is at the sole discretion of International Beer Shop.
If a product you receive doesn’t match the description/image on our site or you feel our site is misleading in any way, we will happily refund/replace the item in question.
Please note: Items will not be refunded simply because you don’t like the taste or appearance. For beer & cider refunds; the product will need to be shown to have a fault of some kind (oxidised, flat, over-carbonated, sour etc.), has arrived to you past its best before date or has been damaged in transit.
To request a refund, please:
Take photo(s) (if possible or applicable) of the damage/faulty item(s) – This will help us greatly to assess your request.
Email the shop at customerservice[@]internationalbeershop.com.au with the following information:
- Your order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email).
- A description of the product at fault, or reason for your dissatisfaction.
- Any photos which will help us assess your request.
We will assess your request and get back to you with the result as quickly as possible. If needed we will request you return the item(s) in question, please see below how to return items.
