Cervesia is a recreation of an ancient style of beer. It was created exclusively for an archaeological site in a village neighbouring Dupont. According to the brewery, the archaeologists undertook "long and intense research" into the common styles of beer being consumed at the time and based on their findings and asked the brewery to replicate such a beer. The result is a blonde beer utilising a blend of various flowers and herbs (as opposed to hops) to flavour the beer and balance the sweet malt flavours. Like the other saisons it is dry and refreshing, with a lightness belaying the 8% ABV.
