The St Peter's Brewery is located in a medieval hall in deepest, darkest Suffolk. It is recognised as one of England's premier producers of quality English styles - but what is most remarkable is the bottles!
Water is extracted from our own 300’ deep borehole and combined with Soil Association accredited light malted barley from Norfolk. Organic Hallertau hops from New Zealand provide the distinctive palate. The yeast used is St. Peter’s own single strand variety. The result is a delicate, clean, crisp, lightly carbonated, traditional English ale with a full "citrus hop" aftertaste. This lovely beer won the Soil Association’s top prize in 2002. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

The reputation of BA George! speaks for itself – its regarded as one of the most intense beers ever created. Mikkeller George imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels, very rare and very full on. It may only come in a 250ml bottle, but we challenge anyone to drink this in under an hour. It’s a big beer (and highly recommended)!!
