Trumer Pils is brewed using Barley malt from Austria and Germany. The yeast used, Weihenstephan Germany W-34 lager yeast, provides a very malty and clean taste. The Austrian Aurora hops and Hallertau Spalter Select Aroma Hops gives this pilsener a crisp bitter note.
Trumer Pils comes from a small, 400-year-old Salzburg “private” brewery known as Sigl since the family of that name bought it in 1775. It is brewed to the 1516 purity law from choice malts and hops with no additives or preservatives.
Very pale gold colour with a medium sized white head that hung around for a short while and left bits of lacing. The nose was mainly hops with a bit of spice there also. Taste was crisp with a metallic bitterness, a little grassy, light to medium body and very easy to drink. Cheers!

The reputation of BA George! speaks for itself – its regarded as one of the most intense beers ever created. Mikkeller George imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels, very rare and very full on. It may only come in a 250ml bottle, but we challenge anyone to drink this in under an hour. It’s a big beer (and highly recommended)!!
